The Cast Iron House : 361 Broadway
Originally designed by W. Wheeler Smith, and built in 1882 during the late 19th century industrial boom, the building remains one of the largest and most ornate cast iron structures in New York, and received landmark designation in 1983 from the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission.
